Book a consultation

Please use the Contact button at the top of this page to book a consultation. I currently hold consultations in London W14, conveniently located for Kensington, Hammersmith, Notting Hill, Fulham and Chiswick.

I am also happy to travel to your office if more convenient (within a reasonable distance).

Complete the questionnaire

Before your consultation you will be asked to complete a comprehensive diet and lifestyle questionnaire and a five day food diary.  This can be sent to you by email or post and should be returned to  me well before your first consultation. You may rest assured that all information provided is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone, except your Doctor (with your prior agreement).

Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

I will take an in-depth look at your health concerns and explore your health history in order to evaluate your individual  nutritional needs.  We will then agree a number of dietary and lifestyle choices for you to incorporate into your daily life in order to address these concerns. We will discuss menu plans and supplements. I may advise on tests for us to get a clear picture on contributing factors that may perpetuate your condition.

Follow-up Consultation (45 minutes to 1hour)

These are normally held approximately four weeks after the initial consultation in order to monitor progress, review test results if applicable, answer queries and make any necessary changes to your programme.

Further follow-up Consultation (45 minutes)

This second follow-up usually takes place 6 to 8 weeks after the second consultation. It can be arranged in person, or over the telephone or Skype. It is designed to monitor progress, ensure compliance and answer any queries.
